⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was a standout with high-quality appliances, plenty of utensils, and everything you could possibly need to cook or enjoy a meal in. The private deck with the fire pit was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the entire place was spotless and very comfortable. You can tell the hosts really take pride in keeping it clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay here again!

This place was close to the beach , had plenty of space for myself and my family. She let us check in early since we were in town early, and that was especially helpful with my grandkids . If you looking for an open floor plan a the extra bedrooms with a pool , then this is your place !!

We had an amazing stay at Sarah’s place. The home was clean, full of amenities and absolutely beautiful. The pictures so not so it justice. The view from the front yard is absolutely stunning and there is just a peaceful energy that surrounds the property. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and there are some wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. Sarah was very friendly and incredibly accommodating and extremely easy to work with. 10 out of 10 stars would recommend this stay over and over and over again!

The house was amazing! Spacious and clean. The backyard with the pool and all the extra touches of floats and pool accessories was so appreciated. The area is close to beaches, restaurants, and things to do for entertainment. The communication couldn’t have been better! We are already planning our next trip back.

John’s place was great for our family. The kids loved having the pool and the screened in porch was nice for sitting outside in the evening without having to worry about bugs. I would highly recommend John’s place if you are staying in the area.

Great place for beach vacation with little kids! Pack N Play was in great condition and the blackout curtains made naptime even easier. beach cart worked great for taking everything for a short walk to the beach. Sarah was easy to communicate with and gave up to date timing on cleaning status and when we could checkin. She also had a great website with all the details and recommendations in the area making it easy to just relax and enjoy. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Sarah is above and beyond! Her rentals are phenomenal and so comfortable! The value is fantastic! I can flat out say with full confidence, I’m never renting from anyone else on the island! The home was very comfortable with so many thoughtful amenities included, and in a quiet neighborhood with many families and children out playing. Great location near shopping and restaurants, and UNI. Very good and fast communication from the hosts as well.
