The house was amazing! Spacious and clean. The backyard with the pool and all the extra touches of floats and pool accessories was so appreciated. The area is close to beaches, restaurants, and things to do for entertainment. The communication couldn’t have been better! We are already planning our next trip back.

John’s place was great for our family. The kids loved having the pool and the screened in porch was nice for sitting outside in the evening without having to worry about bugs. I would highly recommend John’s place if you are staying in the area.

My family of four stayed here for a week while visiting the Sanibel/Fort Meyers area, and we fell in love the moment we pulled in the driveway. The home is incredibly beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything we could’ve possibly needed was provided at the house, and the location is a short, easy drive to restaurants, stores, and beaches. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing house and amazing hosts. From booking to checkout, John and Sarah were great at communicating and the best hosts. Responses to questions were given in real time. The house was clean and just like the pictures, with every appliance you can think of. The pool is just what we were looking for and we spent many hours a day enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend this house to anyone coming to the Ft Myers / Sanibel area. We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful, private piece of property.
The pool was nice, but too warm.
Beds were very comfortable. We were a family group of “just girls” celebrating a couple of graduates, and it was the perfect place.
