The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for group travels. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to feel right at home. Watch the sun rise from the deck while you sip the best cup of coffee you've ever had from our Jura Coffee Machine Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms with luxurious king beds with Performa mattresses, en suite bathrooms, and walk-in closets. The basement is perfect for movie and game night and includes a twin xl over queen bunk bed. There is an extra shower in the basement for convenience. The heated garage makes for extra entertainment space with a 75 inch TV and ping pong table.

We came from Kansas to visit family in Plainfield and Clarksville. Sarah’s home in Cedar Falls was perfectly located. The home was immaculate and decorated so well! Super comfy and homey! Extra blankets, pillows, and a pack and play for our little guy were super helpful! And the coffee! We were spoiled by the Jura coffee machine! The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, pans, small kitchen appliances, electric grill and Black Stone griddle! The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows! We were able to have our family over for dinner comfortably! We enjoyed this home very much!

We had a great stay here and can't say enough positive things about the experience. This is what an AirBNB stay should be like: responsive hosts, proper amenities throughout the stay, little touches of bonus amenities which were great, and options to upgrade our experience if we wanted. We never felt nickel and dimed, only grateful for the experience. The kids loved it, we loved it, it was all great. Thanks for making our stay wonderful!

Sarah was an amazing host!!!! Very understanding, and responsive. A beautiful house, very cozy, peaceful. A great option if you have kids. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cedar Falls, or Waterloo, IA please definitely check her out❤️.

Where do I start?!? I rarely write reviews but this place blew us away! Not only did the listing exactly describe the property, these folks went ABOVE AND BEYOND! It was immaculately clean and it had SO MANY additional items we didn’t expect. They literally thought of everything - it’s every bit as comfortable as being at home. The blankets…oh the blankets were so fluffy and luxurious! There were remote controlled fans in both bedrooms (I was worried about sleeping without a fan.)! They had full sized toiletries, cleaning products, laundry soap, etc readily available - I didn’t have to make a special trip to purchase. I was even able to use the designated workspace/office to work from home 3 of the days. The coffee machine…WOW!! We will 100% book this property again, it’s perfectly done. THANK YOU for sharing this property with us, you’ve done an amazing job with this one - love it!
