The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for group travels. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to feel right at home. Watch the sun rise from the deck while you sip the best cup of coffee you've ever had from our Jura Coffee Machine Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms with luxurious king beds with Performa mattresses, en suite bathrooms, and walk-in closets. The basement is perfect for movie and game night and includes a twin xl over queen bunk bed. There is an extra shower in the basement for convenience. The heated garage makes for extra entertainment space with a 75 inch TV and ping pong table.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was a standout with high-quality appliances, plenty of utensils, and everything you could possibly need to cook or enjoy a meal in. The private deck with the fire pit was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the entire place was spotless and very comfortable. You can tell the hosts really take pride in keeping it clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay here again!

The home was very comfortable with so many thoughtful amenities included, and in a quiet neighborhood with many families and children out playing. Great location near shopping and restaurants, and UNI. Very good and fast communication from the hosts as well.

We came from Kansas to visit family in Plainfield and Clarksville. Sarah’s home in Cedar Falls was perfectly located. The home was immaculate and decorated so well! Super comfy and homey! Extra blankets, pillows, and a pack and play for our little guy were super helpful! And the coffee! We were spoiled by the Jura coffee machine! The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, pans, small kitchen appliances, electric grill and Black Stone griddle! The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows! We were able to have our family over for dinner comfortably! We enjoyed this home very much!

We had a great stay here and can't say enough positive things about the experience. This is what an AirBNB stay should be like: responsive hosts, proper amenities throughout the stay, little touches of bonus amenities which were great, and options to upgrade our experience if we wanted. We never felt nickel and dimed, only grateful for the experience. The kids loved it, we loved it, it was all great. Thanks for making our stay wonderful!
