My family of four stayed here for a week while visiting the Sanibel/Fort Meyers area, and we fell in love the moment we pulled in the driveway. The home is incredibly beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything we could’ve possibly needed was provided at the house, and the location is a short, easy drive to restaurants, stores, and beaches. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing house and amazing hosts. From booking to checkout, John and Sarah were great at communicating and the best hosts. Responses to questions were given in real time. The house was clean and just like the pictures, with every appliance you can think of. The pool is just what we were looking for and we spent many hours a day enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend this house to anyone coming to the Ft Myers / Sanibel area. We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful, private piece of property.
The pool was nice, but too warm.
Beds were very comfortable. We were a family group of “just girls” celebrating a couple of graduates, and it was the perfect place.

Second time staying here and again didn’t disappoint!! Very clean and welcoming, and the pool is such a treat. Close to many restaurants and activities and we were able to quickly get over to Sanibel Island. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thanks John and Sarah!

We booked this house for a long weekend to visit family. The house was absolutely beautiful and stocked extremely well for children. They had a high chair and bassinet on hand. The kids loved the beautiful pool and we swam the entire trip. It’s closely situated to Sanibel island so we were able to make a quick evening beach trip without hassle. Also, they hand sand toys, an umbrella and towels so everything was super easy. Highly recommend this place. Also saw a 2 ft iguana the first morning!!

We had the best spring break week with our 4 daughters at Iona Palms. The pool is perfect - you feel you are at a private resort with all the foliage and palm trees that surround the backyard. We drove to Sanibel beach most days and the trip was quick and easy. We had a couple dinners at waterside restaurants on Fort Myers Beach and that also was a quick, easy drive. I would recommend the house to anyone and if we find ourselves back in the Fort Myers area, will definitely rent it again!

This is a great property. We only made it to Fort Myers beach one day as my adult children preferred hanging around the secluded, clean pool at the house. Some great restaurants nearby - we did well by the recommendations in the guest book. The host was responsive when we had questions.

It was a little slice of paradise! Situated between both Ft Meyers beach and Sanibel. The house is great, the linens are clean, but the view’s were amazing!!! It used to be a tropical plant nursery so with all the tropical tree/plants/flowers, and the pool, it felt like a private island paradise. You didn’t have to leave to relax by the pool comfortably. And they have everything you need to cook or for a day at the beach. We will be back!

Great house for our needs. Loved the quiet pool and outdoor area. The house was located in a great spot close to the Sanibel and FMB as well as many restaurants. The hosts were great. We would love to visit again.
